It began with a trio box
and Mother's Day.

April 2020. The world had slowed down, and we leaned into the one thing that felt right. Baking. Our first product was three éclairs (chocolate, vanilla and lemon) made for Mother's Day and delivered from home. We had one hundred orders on the very first day. Five hours of deliveries, a car full of pastry boxes, and friends who showed up after work to help us get them there. We'll never forget it.

From there, the menu grew the way a good conversation grows. Markets every week, rain or shine. Profiteroles. Tarts. Slowly, quietly, we became part of the Byron Bay community. Celebrations became our thing; croquembouches as centrepieces, mini éclairs passed between speeches, dessert tables that made people stop and stare. We realised how much pastry could mean to a moment.

In January 2023, we opened our first patisserie: 37 sqm in the heart of Byron Bay, where Pavel baked fresh every morning, from there the story has started.

New city.
New chapter.

In November 2025, we closed the Byron shop and moved north. Today you'll find us at 58 Commercial Road, Newstead with everything we've learned, every flavour we've refined, and the same belief we started with. Pastry that tastes good. Simple as that.
