Tiramisu Eclair
Everything you love about tiramisu, inside a choux. Mascarpone cream and ladyfinger biscuit soaked in coffee and Marsala wine, finished with a dusting of cocoa.

Sharp lemon curd meets a cloud of torched Italian meringue. Bright, tangy, and beautifully balanced finished with edible flowers.
