Terms and conditions
Promoter. Eclair at the Bay (ABN 28 663 587 639), 58 Commercial Road, Newstead QLD 4006, in partnership with Best of Brisbane.
Eligibility. Open to Brisbane residents aged 18 years or over.
Giveaway period. Opens Monday 16 November and closes 11:59pm Sunday 22 November.

Newsletter sign-up. Entering requires signing up to the Eclair at the Bay mailing list and the Best of Brisbane mailing list. These are two separate, unticked consent boxes on the form. Both must be ticked to enter, and entrants can unsubscribe from either list at any time.
Prize. One winner receives a 100 Choux Croquembouche, valued at $915. The croquembouche shown in the video and photos has 120 choux for styling purposes.
Redeeming the prize. The winner redeems by contacting events@eclairatthebay.com. The prize is valid for 2 years from the draw (until 23 November 2028), cannot be redeemed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or public holidays, does not include delivery (which is an extra cost), and is not transferable.
Draw and notification. The winner is drawn on Monday 23 November and notified by email. The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being notified.
Privacy. Entrants’ details are collected for the draw and the mailing lists they opt in to, and are handled under each business’s privacy policy.
Social media disclaimer. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
